To ensure that every ingredient meets Gingery’s quality standards, we source our ginger from a seasoned ginger farmer in Bukit Tinggi, Bentong, Pahang. This farmer has become a main supplier for us.
This farmer has been cultivating Bentong ginger locally for over 40 years, using authentic ginger varieties passed down from his father. This ginger variety has been preserved for over 60 years. This is not only an accumulation of agricultural experience but also a dedication to preserving traditional ginger varieties. We call them guardians of the ginger variety.
